Return Policy
We are unable to accept returns on any items that have been opened, used, tried or tested in any way.
We can only accept returns on items that are unopened, in the original undamaged packaging and in a resellable condition.
It is very important that you enclose your packing slip in with the return, it contains important information such as the order number and without this we may not be able to deal with your return effectively.
Please also enclose an explanatory note as to the reason for the return so that we can deal with it effectively. You will be contacted via the email address or mobile number that you provided to confirm once we have received your return and if we are issuing a refund.
Faulty / Damaged / Incorrect / Missing item:
All damages, faults, incorrect or missing items must be reported as soon as possible (and within 7 working days).
Please email info@lunarcosmetics.com to notify us and please keep the original envelope that the order was sent in as we may need to see this to determine whether the item was damaged in transit or tampered with.
Shipping charges
Shipping charges of the return of a product are non-refundable.
In general, it won’t take more than 5 business days to deliver your orders to you, wherever you’re based in Lebanon. The day in which you placed your order online doesn’t count, unless you’ve placed the order before noon or 10h00 am.
We’ve delivered in the past in less than 48 hours inside Beirut, but we can’t guarantee that this will always be the case. It mainly depends on the operations of the delivery company we’re working with, since the order handling time from our side is relatively quick. But rest assured: they’ll do their best to get you your order in a timely manner.
P.S.: A business day includes weekdays (Monday to Friday), and excludes holidays and weekends. In other words, we don’t deliver on weekends and/or national holidays. So, if you’ve placed your order on a weekend or on a Friday after 10h00 am, then Monday would count as the first business day.
What are the working hours of the delivery man? They only work on business days, as mentioned above, in between 8h00 am and 5h00 pm. Therefore, please expect your items to be delivered in that time frame.
